First, submit an inquiry through our website. We'll confirm availability, send a proposal and contract, and reserve your date once your $100 deposit is received.

Yes! To secure your event date, we require a non-refundable $100 deposit along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due before your event.

Eterna Booth travels throughout the Bay Area to help make your event unforgettable. Travel within San Francisco is included, while events outside the city are subject to a $75 travel fee. If you’re unsure whether your venue qualifies, just ask!

Absolutely! Every booking includes one custom photo template designed to match your event's theme, colors, and style. From elegant weddings to corporate events and birthday celebrations, we'll create a design that's uniquely yours. Additional template designs are available for an extra fee.

Yes! If we're available, you can extend your rental before or during your event. Additional time is available for $125 per hour, so the fun doesn't have to end early.

Yes! We currently offer classic black and white backdrops, both designed to complement any event. You're also welcome to use your own backdrop if you'd like a more personalized look.

Yes! Every package includes unlimited photo sessions and unlimited prints during your rental, so every guest can take home a keepsake.
